Refund Policy

Local delivered flowers. Due to the perishable nature of Fleur Boutique goods (flower orders) any complaints or refunds will be dealt with on an individual basis. Please call 0208 857 6559 or email with any problems you may have experienced. Fleur Boutique will issue a refund within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned goods.

National or International orders sent by Fleur Boutique via a relay or florist to florist system will be subject to a third parties when applicable own complaints procedure.

Where products are being returned to us we advise you to return Products by a secure postal method to the address given to you by our customer services representative and obtain a receipt as proof of returning it to us. If you have difficulties returning the Products, for example, by reason of their size, please contact us on 0208 857 6559 to arrange a suitable solution.
