By proceeding to Payment Screen you agree to and accept our Terms & Conditions. All our products on this site include the delivery charge, no other charges will be added to your total.

Local Delivery: All products from our Local Delivery section will be hand delivered by our delivery driver Same day delivery is possible if you order by 1pm. We cannot guarantee timed orders although we will try our best with an AM or PM delivery if requested. If the order is for a funeral then we guarantee to deliver the flowers in plenty of time before the funeral.  If no one is at the address given to accept the delivery we will first try a neighbour, if there is anywhere safe to leave the flowers we will do so. If this is not the case we leave a calling card and return the flowers back to the shop and arrange a fresh delivery with the recipient.  Please note we do not deliver on Sundays or Bank holidays.

National Delivery: All our products in the National Delivery section are hand delivered, by Royal Mail Special Guaranteed next day Delivery, for which there is no Sunday or Bank Holiday delivery service available. Orders for next working day delivery need to be placed by 2pm the day before. Orders for delivery Monday need to be placed by 4pm the preceding Friday. Orders for delivery Tuesday following a bank holiday need to be placed by 4pm the preceding Friday.  Same day delivery is not possible, such orders if placed will be delivered as soon as possible but will incur a delay. Please note that orders placed after the cut off time for a next working day delivery or after the cut off time for your specified delivery date will be delivered as quickly as is possible but they will incure a delay. we deliver to all parts of the UK with few exceptions in the Scottish regions. Please note when at checkout you will be asked for your e-mail address, to assist us in giving you the best possible service, please make sure you have entered the correct address, as this will be required to confirm your order. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery address/details are correct.  Perfekflowers.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delay of deliveries by the courier as a result of adverse weather conditions or accident. Deliveries will be made approximately between 7am and 3pm, if no one is at the address to sign for the delivery, the item will be returned to the local sorting office/depot and a’ called today card ‘ will be left. Your delivery will not be left with a neighbour or left on the doorstep. It is the recipients responsibility to contact the telephone number and either collect or arrange a redelivery.

Perfekflowers.co.uk cannot accept responsibility for deliveries where the recipient has not made contact with the courier to retrieve their gift on the same day.  The customer is held responsible to ensure the recipient will be at the delivery address on the day of delivery. Please be aware that some addresses (mainly work places) have a redirection arrangement with royal mail and will override the address you have given, in such cases it is the recipients responsibility to collect the gift from the new redirected address.

Perfekflowers.co.uk can not accept responsibility for a delay where deliveries are not collected or delayed in not collecting same day. For orders which involve a third party i.e. hospital, work place, secure housing with a doorman etc, a signature of anyone accepting a delivery on the recipients behalf, shall be accepted as proof of delivery.

Cancellations: Please note that delivery charges are not refundable. A cancellation charge may apply to perishable orders if you request to cancel your order at any time before the dispatch date. Alternatively an online credit voucher for the full value of the order can be offered at zero cost to be used at any future date. Cancellation of your order after dispatch is not possible: no changes are possible at this stage. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK.

Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).  We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.  The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, email address, credit/debit card details.  We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. 

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.  If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Guarantee: Fleur Boutique guarantees that your flowers will reach you in perfect condition.  However if you find this is not the case, please notify us within 3 days of the delivery and we Simply send you a replacement. We reserve the right to substitute flowers, plants, containers and packaging in the event of unavailability, with those of equal or higher value and quality.
